Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund will cover the cost of the product minus any shipping fees, handling charges, or restocking fees, if applicable.

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

10. Lost or Stolen Items

Yolanda SXTE LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return your items.

12. Restocking Fees
