  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring that they are in unused condition, and include your proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the items to the address provided with your RAN. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  6. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your return and issue a refund or replacement based on your preference.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or is incorrect. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Method

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will not include the original shipping fees or any restocking fees (if applicable).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product to assist in the claims process.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. Follow the return instructions above to receive a refund for the returned item.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund for returned items. This can occur if the returned item is missing parts, has been used, or is not returned in its original condition. In such cases, you will be notified of the partial refund amount.

10. Restocking Fees

Yolanda SXTE LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the return process. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if necessary.

14. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and post it to your account.

15. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process for a refund after receiving the item.

16. Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after your purchase. If you would like to return a purchased item and repurchase it at a discounted price, you must follow the standard return and purchase process.
