This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures, terms, and conditions for orders placed through our website. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All orders placed through our website will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
We offer the following shipping methods for deliveries within the United States:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in shipping time estimates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and shipping carrier details. This email will confirm that your order has been shipped and is on its way to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at assist@anacontos.com or call 628-303-4289. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Yolanda SXTE LLC is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by an incorrect address. If you realize that you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to make the necessary changes before the order is shipped.
At this time, Yolanda SXTE LLC does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur, especially during busy shopping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee at checkout. This will cover your order in the event of loss or damage during transit. If you choose to purchase insurance, you will be notified of the cost at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package to ensure you can track your entire order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight and number of packages sent.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. This will be indicated at checkout if applicable. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup at a local facility.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method and estimated delivery date.
We primarily use major shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to fulfill your orders. We reserve the right to use any other carrier at our discretion based on availability and the delivery method selected.
